How we protect your anonymity
1True Anonymity
You never need to log in to access the feedback hub, so your comments can't be linked to your identity. When accessing from outside the company, you'll use a shared Daily Access Code. This code is the same for all staff each day—it's just to keep out non-employees, not to track you.
2Private Tokens
When you submit feedback, you get a unique Message Token. This token is your private key to view replies. Nobody (not even admins) can link the feedback back to you.
3Secure Conversations
Team Leads respond to your "Anonymous User" profile. You can continue the chat as long as you need, safely sharing ideas or concerns without fear of exposure.
4Optional Accounts
You can create an Anonymous Feedback Account to manage your tokens automatically. Even then, Team Leads only see "Anonymous User" and have no access to your account details.
