Privacy Commitment
1No Identity Required
You never need to log in to share feedback. When accessing from outside the office, you'll use a shared Verification Code. This code is identical for all staff each day and has no link to your personal identity.
2Conversation Privacy
Every thread has a unique Conversation ID. Only someone with this ID (you), or the team lead(s) you directed the message to, can see the history and replies. Even system administrators cannot link Conversation IDs back to your personal identity.
3Secure Dialogues
Team leads interact with you as "Anonymous User". Your dialogue is a safe space for honest communication, allowing for ongoing Q&A without revealing who you are.
4Device-Stored Access
Access to your conversations is stored securely in your browser's local cache. This allows you to check for replies seamlessly without ever having to create an account or provide an email address. You may optionally choose to keep a record of your Conversation ID(s) outside your browser, using the links provided with each conversation thread.
